Orders that have already been processed and sent out from dispatch cannot be cancelled.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our facilities, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details.
You may also view and track your order on our website by logging into your account to view your Order History.

Onthewaybox is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by external occurrences, natural disasters or severe weather cases. In emergency cases like these, please directly contact your local USPS or UPS office with any inquiries of the status of your package or keep track of your orders through your account under Order History.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
In any situation when USPS or UPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, gift recipient refusal, or multiple failed attempts to reach the recipient at point of delivery, onthewaybox is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in cases like these. To avoid problems like these, continue to keep track of your orders through your account under Order History.
While we don’t accept returns, if your box or goodies arrive with any damage or defects, send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will take care of it! We are committed to ensuring you and your gift recipient are 100% satisfied.
