How long will it take for my gift to be shipped and received?
All US orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground Shipping. Please allow 1 business day processing time for orders. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days from ship date. If you need your gift to arrive by a specific date or have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or enter your details in the Notes section when you check out.
How much is shipping?
We offer free Ground Shipping (3-5 business days) on all read-to-ship US orders!
If you need your gift expedited (1-3 business days), a flat rate of $20 shipping fee per address can be selected upon checkout.
What is your Return Policy?
For the safety of our customers and employees, we are currently not accepting returns. Although all sales are final, we are committed to ensuring that both you and your gift recipient are 100% satisfied with the gift. If you aren't completely satisfied with your gift please contact us at email@example.com and we will make it right!
What kind of package does the gift come in?
We're proud that our gifts are packaged in a sustainable wooden box made by a local Los Angeles wood-worker! Dimensions are 11.5 x 9.5 x 4.75 inches.
Will the recipient know the gift is from me?
Every gift includes a greeting card with your personal message. Just make sure to sign off with your name (or keep it anonymous if that's your jam)! We will hand-write your message to showcase that you selected this gift especially for them. Each package will also come with a packing slip with shipping & billing addresses listed.
One of the items in my gift is damaged, what should I do?
If your gift arrived with one or more damaged items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information will be emailed to the gift buyer once the order has shipped out. You may also find your tracking information when you log into your account and view your order history.
How will I know you received my order?
When you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and receipt.
How do I track my order?
When your gift is out for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Can my company send multiple gifts to our employees and/or clients?
I received tracking information, but the gift never arrived.
We will always provide tracking information to the gift buyer. If the status shows the gift has arrived, please request that your recipient double check around the door/mail area. If you're still experiencing issues, please email us at email@example.com and we will help sort it out.
Who sent me this gift?
Each gift is shipped with a packing slip which includes the gift buyer's name along with the recipient's name. If you need help identifying who sent your gift, please contact us at or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
